CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS (pakora)

TODAY IS 6TH DAY OF SIRIVALLI'S BLOGGING MARTHON
In winter i think nobody is scared with gobhi pakora many times we make it and it is really good snack or starter.


Ingredients;
Gobhi florets-10-15
basin-11/2 cup
coriander powder-1tsp
thyme-1/4 tsp
amchoor powder (dry mango powder) 1/4 tsp
red chili powder1/2tsp
green chili-2curshed
coriander leaves
gram masala 1/4 tsp
salt to tase
oil for fry

Method:
Mix all he ingredients in a bowl and make a smooth paste using water
In the mean time microwave 5 minutes gobhi with water. drain the water and keep aside so that water Will dry.
Heat oil in a kdaie when hot dip the gobhi in bsean and fry on medium fire bec it will take tme. fry till gobhi  3/.4done. now press the pieces and and again fry it.by doing this pakora will be more crispy.
Eat with green chutney&tomato sauce!!!!!!!!
