Multi Flour Eggless Muffins


Egg less muffins

This recipe is trial bec i have some cornmeal with me i saw cornmeal muffins in Priya's blog .I think to make it little different .Iused maida ,rawa and cornmeal. the quantity i used is not perfect so i changed the quantity here and u will see the result is good.

Ingrediends:
maida-1 cup
wheat rawa-1/2 cup
cornmeal=1/2 cup
sugar-1cup
butter-3/4cup
baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/2tsp
vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
dates-4-5 finely chopped

Method:
cream butter and sugar. add all the dry ingredients and mix well .add milk to make smooth paste.
grease the muffins tray and pour the batter in it and bake in  microwave oven for 5 miutes
yummy moffins are ready to eat11111111

Tofu (home made) Masala


Soybeans are an excellent source of protein and molybdenum. They are a very good source of iron,
calcium, phosphorus, and dietary fiber. They are a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E and fo lic acid.
It protects from breast cancer. It also reduce the ldl cholesterol so lower the effect of heart attack.
soya is of two kinds green and dry ed whole beans. we make soya milk tofu or whole beans veg.
Here i make tofu at home It is easy and we will enjoy the benefits of soya at home .The recipe also easy and low fat . i used low fat ingredients so benefited y all the vitamines and protein.



Ingredients
dry soya beans-200gm
vinegar 4tsp
onion-2 big
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
tomatoes 2
watermelon seeds-2tbsp soaked and make fine paste
coriander powder 1tsp
red chili powder-1/2tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
gara masala-1/4 tsp
green chili-2
coriander leaves
cooking oil-4tbsp
salt to taste

Method for making tofu
Soak soya beans 6-7 hours. Grind it and make smooth paste.Now squeeze it let liquid is separated..Now we use this liquid which is look like milk we can also use this milk as a drink. Boil milk when it is boiled add vinegar the watter separated and solid part came out.Rinse in cold running water,squeezed the water i add coriander leaves and fine cutting green chili in it . it enhance taste and looks beautiful,Now keep in muslin cloth and cover from all sides.put heavy weight on it and keep for 1 hour it will set as paneer and ready to use.Cut into square pieces


Make a thin paste of cornflour.dip pieces of tofu an shallow fry in a pan``






Boil onion and tomatoes in 1/2 cup water till onion become soft, grind it make fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic and fry till raw aroma will go. Add all the masalas except garam masala and fry it.Add onion paste,watermelon seeds's paste and fry till oil seen on sides.Add tofu and 1cup water and cover it.satire in between when water evaporated not fully switch off the stove..add garam masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves
Eat with chapati or Nan!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carrot rice(sweet)



CARROT RICE ( SWEET)

This recipe i saw on in cooking show long back.I make some changes and tried many times it is yummy dessert which canbe tried as dessert in dinner or lunch its taste and aroma will attract anyone. Ithink u all may try and like it
Ingredients
rice-2cups(basmati)
sugar-1cup
carrot-3grated
khOya-200gm
water -3 cup
dry fruit-cashew nut,almond,raisins-5-6piece each fry in ghee
dry coconut-4tbspgrated
green caradomn2
pour ghee-4tbsp

Method
.heat ghee in a pan and fry the grated carrot . Add rice and sugar water and let boil. add caradomn. slow the fire till rice are done and there is no water Now take a glass dish and brush with ghee. put layer of rice top with khoya and dry fruit with grated coconut.again rice and top with dry fruit grated coconut and khoya the dryfruit  .bake in a pre -heat oven for 4-5 minutes.

Choley Bhature&Awards

Baisakhi is also known as Vaisakhi or Vasakhi is a New Year festival celebrated in the Punjab region. Baisakhi is a Sikh religious festival and marks beginning of a new solar year, and new harvest season.
Baisakhi falls on 13 April as per the Gregorian calendar. According to the solar Nanakshahi calendar it is the first day of the Baisakh month


Choley bhature is a lip-smacking and spicy recipe that is prevalent in the northern parts of India. A combination of choley (chick peas) and bhature (fried breads that resemble poori), the dish is a typical Punjabi food, which is usually eaten as a breakfast or lunch, accompanied with lassi. The dish is served with onions and pickle. It has emerged as one of the popular street foods in northern India and a hit in the college campuses across the region. On the glorious occasion of Baisakhi, eating choley bhature nice way to kick-start the day
My recipe of both choley and bhature is little different without onion and garlic. u try this and taste is yum!!!!!
CHOLEY
Ingredients:
choley-250gm
chanadal-4tbsp boiled and mashed
choley masala-4tsp(homemade)
red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
green chilli-2
tomato-1 puree
ginger-1tsp
tamrid plup-1tbsp
comminseeds-1/2 tsp
tejpatta-2
salt to taste
coriander leaves
Method
Boil chana in pressure cooker for 1/2 an hour addind little amla powder. Keep aside.
heat oil in a pan add cumminseeds and tejpatta when splutter add green chilli and  chana masala fry for one miute.Add tomato puree,ginger  and fry till it leave the oil. Now mix mashed dal in it and fry so its aroma can be feeled.Add boiled choley salt and tamrid plup.Mix well add little water and cover it till all are mix well.
garnish with coriander leaves.
eat with bhatura or puree!!!!!!!!!
Tip for choley masala
take cummin seeds, coriander seeds, dalchini stick ,black pepper, caradomn,longand fry them  till aroma of fry is coming .keepaside. when cool grind it and make fine powder and use .

BHATURA




Ingredients:
maida-250gm
wheat rawa-2tbsp soaked for 2hours
baking soda-1tsp
vinegar-4tbsp
buttermilk-for kneding
oil-2tsp
salt-1/4 tsp
oil for fry

Method
Take maida in a bowl and add oil salt and rawa.Mix baking soda in vinegar and immedietly mix in maida. kned it with buttermilk hard like puri dough. cover and leave for 1/2 an hour now it is ready to make bhatura.
make balls and roll them in smal and leave them for five minutes.Now roll it and make as thin as u like.fry in a oil and enjoy with choley.

Garden Pasta Salad ( Cold Salad)

 


this recipe i saw on the net  indobase recipes. i liked and try it . it is really yummy!!!!!
 Ingredients
  • 1  package uncooked tri-color spiral pasta
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • oliv-oil for dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until al dente. Rinse under cold water, and drain.
  2. Mix chopped carrots, celery, cucumber, green pepper, tomatoes, and onion together in large bowl.
  3. Combine cooled pasta and vegetables together in large bowl. Pour oliv-oil  over mixture, add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  4. Chill for one hour before serving.

Stuffed Idly




This  recipe i saw in Savith's blog .I bookmark it and now i tried. it really has nice taste and it becomes the full meal .
Ingredients:
idly batter-2cups (not old but fresh)
potatoes-1cup boiled and mashed
peas-2tbsp boiled
green chilly-1
tomato-1 chopped finely
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
gram masala-1/4 tsp
amchoor-1/4 tsp
cummin seeds-1/4 tsp
oil-2tbsp
salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add cummin seeds when splutter add tomato. when tomato  fry add all the masala and fry for 1 minute.Add potatoes and mix well.Mix coriander leaves.

Now poure  little idly batter in idly  stand add potato ball. after that poure some batter on it. fill all the idly stands and steam it till idly done.


Yummy and hot idlys are ready to eat.

Eat with chutney!!!!!!!!!!!
