Masaladar peas with shell........A unique snackin winter


I had tasted this snack first time when i visited my friend in Raebarli.the old place where i spent almost 25years.It is great pleasure and enjoyable trip for me. i met my old friends share the memories of old days.i think we feel energetic when we have revive old days.this recipe is though very simple and easy quick to cook but unique and enjoy in winter &it tastes more with friends at the tea time.we use peas here which have not filled with peas dana.so it is used in snack.

Ingredients
tender peas-1cup not peeling
garlic paste-1/2 tsp
onion-1 finely chopped
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
red chili powder-according to ur taste
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
amchoor-1/4 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil-1tbsp


Method
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion add garlic paste after 2-3 minutes. Now add all the dry masalas and fry for a minute.Add peas with shell with 2tbs water and cover it till done.
Eat with cup of tea in the evening......

Spinach with cottage paneer

Ingredients
spinach-1 bunch
paneer-250gm
ginger garlic paste -1tsp   
onion 2 small grated
tomato-2 pureed
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
hing-pinch of
salt to taste
milk-1/2 cup
oil
METHOD
Wash palak and boil it. after boiling rinse in cold water so its color is intact.grind it in blender.
heat little oil in a non stick pan a and saute paneer and roast it make light brown.Now heat oil in pan and dd hing then add onion fry till brown .Add garlic ginger paste and fry it .now add all dry masalas except garam masala.now add tomato pureed fry till  oil comes out.add palak and milk. when it is boiled add paneer after five minutes. cover it so every thing mix well.at the end when it is done add garam masala.add cream if like
Eat with nan chapati pratha.........

Veg Soya Biryani


this recipe i tried first time. I used soya nugget instead of chicken or meat. i tell u it is worth for vegetarian to enjoy the healthy and tasty biryani.


Ingredients
basmati rice-2cups
soya nugget-1cups
cauliflower-1cup
carrot-1/2 cup
peas-1/2 cup
beans-1/2 cup
onion-2fried
green chili
curd-2tbsp
bay leaves-12
big caradomn--5-6
zeera-1tsp
green caradmon-2-3
clove-5-6
blackpepper-1/2 tsp
biryani masala-1/2 tsp
saffron-1/2 tsp soak in water
ghee-3tbsp
coriander leaves
minit leaves

Method
Wash rice and boil in excess water. when 2/3 done separate the excess water and spread it on a cloth so there is not any steam.
Take pan and heat ghee. add all the dry whole masalas. when splutter biryani masalas.mix well.add all the vegetables and little water cover it till all veggies are done.

now assemble for biryani. i make it in the microwave which is very easy to cook.
take microwave dish add half veggitables and curd . microwave for 2-3 minutes on high.take out the dish.now spread rice on it. after thatspread fried onions and then minit and coriander leaves.now again spread veggies and then rice. after that spread onion and green leaves.now sprinkle saffron water. cover it with cling film.
microwave for 6-8 miutes.it is ready to eat.


Eat with raita or green chutney and pickle

Winter special...........green fresh blackgram




                                                           This veg is special of winter bec it is available in winter. it can be cooked as starter as chat or curry with roti or pratha. its taste is different but delicious.
                                                                     
                                                                       


Ingredients
green shells-1/2 kg
onion-2 chopped finely
tomato-2 pureed
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
coriander leaves
oil-3tbsp
salt to taste
Method
peel all the shells.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion.when it is transulate add ginger garlic paste fry till smell disappear.add  all the dry masalas except garam masla. fry for 1-2 minute then add tomatoes puree.fry till oil leaves the side.now add green chana dana and potato.mix it well.add 3cup water .cover it till it is done.stire in between. when chana done add garam masala.u can cook it in pressure cooker .it will take less time.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Bread Pizza.....easy simple




As one day i want to make a breakfast of toasting bread.  i think i used the topping of pizza. i tried this recipe which comes out fantastic. it is easy simple and different &yummy taste .It can be be make any time as bread is available in our home. this is most llike by kids
Ingredients
big bread pieces--4
butter--2tbs
sauce-3tbsp
cheese-2 cubes
capsicum-1/2cut into small pieces
onion-1chopped
tomato-1small chopped
cabbage--3tbsp(optional)
black pepper-1/2 tsp
green chili-1or as much u like
coriander-on top
salt to taste

Method.
mix all the vegetables in a bowl.Add salt pepper and 1/2 cheese in it and mix well.As i bake in microwave grilled mode so i first roast one side on grilled on gas. leave the bread on grilled or tawa for 4-5 minutes after switching off the gas.Now first apply the butter on bread then sauce &spread vegetables evenly.Grate cheese on top and coriander.Grilled in microwave for 4-5 minutes.the yummy bread pizza is ready to eat.
Eat as u like.......
