Tomato Chutney







Ingredients




tomatoes-250gm



curry patta-7-8



green chili-3



garlic-3=4 cloves



jaggray-1small ball



mustered seeds-1/2 tsp



salt to taste



oil-2tbsp



Method


heat oil in a pan.add mustered seeds then add garlic. when fry add curry patta. fry for another minute. add green chili and tomatoes.add little watter and cover it.when tomatoes tender add jaggary. when jaggary melted and water dry it is done

eat it with any meal!!!!!!

Stuffed bhindi with fresh coconut

  

Ingredients
bhindi(okra)-250mg

fresh coconut.1/2

greenchili-2

ginger garlick paste 1tsp

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

red chili -1.4 tsp

dhaniya powder-1/2 tsp

amchoor-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1/8 tsp

salt to taste

oil-2tbsp



Method

wash bhindi. dry it with dry cloth.cut the both end.slit inbetween.

Grind coconut ,greenchili.mix all the ingredients except bhindi.now fill this mixture in slit bhindi.




 

it is redy for eating

eat with chapati or pratha or use it side dish

Palak puri...deep fried spinach iIndian bread..blog hope wednesday





Today i am paired with Jagruti in blog hope Wednesday started by Radhika.Jagruti has wonderful space with special dishes of Gujtrat. she has many live show of cookery on London television. u can see them on visiting her blog. for many new and baking dishes u must visit her blog.i choose many recipes but prefer this recipe bec i have spinach in my fridge and this is the best use of palak when some guests visited in ur house.
Ingredients
palak-1bunch
wheat flour-2cups
green chili 2
carom seeds-1tbsp
oil-1tbsp
salt to taste
oil for fry
Method
wash palak and blanch for 3-4 minutes in microwave or boil on gas stove.puree it with green chili in mixer grinder.

Take flour in a bowl mix puree salt ,carom seeds and 1tbsp of oil.knead it hard.Now make small balls .roll it on rolling board thinly and fried in hot oil.
eat with alloo sabji or any pickle......
