Apple-Compote-Financiers.

The name of the recipe is very big confusion for me when i raed it in Priti's blog . the recipe is very easy little art is required.it looks very attractive . though i do not make100% but if make it next time it will come out perfect.it is muffins adding apples.

Ingredients:

apple 2

sugar-200 gm

water-300 gm

green cardamon-2 Cinnamon stick-1small
For muffins

maida-2cups

sugar 150 gm

oil or butter-100 gm

vanilla essence-1tsp

baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda-1/3tsp

Method:
Wash apple and cut inti thin slices.heat water in a pan add sugar . when sugar dissolved add thin slices in it .Boil till tender apples. Now drain the pieces and keep aside.boil the remaining syrup and make it thick for glazing

Method for muffins
cream sugar and butter.add egg and whisk it.add maida baking powder, baking soda, essence.mix well
fill the muffins mould 3/4..Now take the pieces of apples and arrange like roses on top of the batter of muffins mould.bake it for 2 minutes in microwave .rather it will take less time ,it depends on the size of moulds. if u bake it oven it will take more times15-20 minutes.now coole the muffins.glaze with thick syrup.
