Methi Moong dal Fritters....BLOG HOP WEDNESDAY






I am happy that i have hit 300 blogger friends.This is the last post of blog hop wednesday of this year. this is started by Radhika this is really very interesting event as we know the other bloggers culinary and learn many things,met many new friends.Today i am paired with Deeksha .She has wonderful space with different Delicious recipes. She is also very good in behavior as i saw in whole event she visited every blog and comment . i appreciate her effort. As the purpose of this event is we come close and share the ideas with each other .we must visit every blogger those are part of this event. Tough there are many recipes in her blog which i am not tried but i choose this recipe bec in winter fritters or pakoras areliking by every one



.It is different as methi is used in moong dal.it is delicious u must try and visit Deeksha's blog
Ihere make some changes as i make it like kabab and used whole green moong dal .






Ingredients
green moong dal-200gm
methi one bunch
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
green chili-2
thyme-1/2 tsp
onion-2
zeera-1/2 tsp
gram masala-1/4 tsp
red chili powder-1/2 tsp
oil for fry








Method
soak dal for 4-5 hours. drain water and grind it without water. cut methi. finely.Add all the ingredients and mix well and make like kabab consistency. make balls or oval shape.Heat oil in a pan and fry on slow fire .The hot fritters are ready to eat
Eat with green chutney or sauce!!!!!!!!!!
