Ingredients:
Brinjal [Big for bharta]: 1/2 kg
Green peas: 1/2 cup
Onion: 2 medium grated
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Tomato puree: 1cup
Green chilies: 2-3
Tomato puree: 1cup
Green chilies: 2-3
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil: 4 tbsp
Salt: To taste
Method:
Roast brinjal on fire, wash in the running water to peel off its skin.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion and garlic till it turns brown. Add dry masalas and tamato puree, fry till it leaves oil. Now add peas, green chillies add mashed brinjal. Cook for 6 - 7 minutes. Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves before serving. Now its READY TO EAT with hot chapatis...
