I am happy to be part of Sirivalli's blogging marathon.she has given 7 choices in which i choose starters.i think i will be successful in this event.as Sirivalli has wonderfull blog with innovative and different cuisine she organise many events and very active in his field.do visit her site.My first dish is veg kabab
these kabab can be used as starter it is rich in minerals and vitamins.
Ingredients:
black gram-200gm
onion-2finely chopped
ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
green chill-4
coriander leaves
coriander powder-1tsp
gram masala-1/2tspred chili powder-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for shallow fry
Method:.
soak black gram overnight.grind it coarsely
.Mix all the ingredients except oil.Make desired balls. Put non-stick pan on fire and apply little oil.fry kabab on both sides til brown or done.
Serve hot with onion rings and green chutney
