I try this with batter of idli with little change it is also cook with rawa idli. this different and we can relish its taste and do some innovation.
Ingredients
idli fermented batter-2cups
rawa-2tbls
baking soda-1/4 tsp
cabbage-1 1/2cupfinely chopped
green chili-2
coriander leaves-
oil 2tsp
salt to taste
Tempering
mustered seeds-1tsp
curry patta
green chilies-few cut long
oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.grease oil in a thali and pour this batter. steamed it in idli cooker or daily used cooker without weight. test it with stick if it it comes out plain so it is done.
Heat oil in a pan .add mustered seeds. when cracked add curry patta and green chili.fry for a minute and spread on the cooked dhokla. cut it into ur desired design.
Serve it with green or coconut chutney
