Khasta Kachori

This is the street chat of north specially U.P..There is not any party ,marriage or function without kachori ITis crispy use as snack with chutney or we make chat using white matter In every form it is yum.I shared with u all the friends those are from south. i hope  like it.try it!!!
Ingredients:
maida-200gm
ghee or oil-60gm
thyam(ajwain)-1/2 tsp
For filling:
urd(dhuli)-100gm
coriander-2tbsp
fennel seeds-2tbsp
hing-1/6tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp.
ginger-1tspfinely chopped
coriander leaves-1tbsp
salt to taste
oi for fry

Method:
Wash dal and soak for 3-4 hours.Grind it coarsely without water.
Roast coriander and fennel seeds.Grind it coarsley.Now add all the ingredients in a dal and mix well.
Heat 1spoon of oil in a pan and fry the dal mixture.When dry switch off the stove and cool it.
Add ajwain and oil in maida and knead it like puri dough.
make ball and flatten it on palms take dal mixture and fill in the ball.Now gather it and seal the edges.roll on rolling pin not much .It is thick than puri.Fry it on slow fire It takes time to fry .
Eat with green or tamrid chutney with cup of tea    or make a chat like alloo tikki.
