paneer-200gm
onion2small
ginger garlic paste
cornflour-2tbsp
pumpkin&watermelon seeds-2tbsp make paste after soaking
coriander powder-1tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
red chili powder--1/4 tsp
kasoori methi-1tsp
tomato-2
salt to taste
oil
coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
make thin paste of cornflour .add little salt into the paste.cut paneer into square pieces.dip the paneer pieces in cornflour paste and shallow fry in non-stick pan.
boil onion,tomatoes in 1/2 cup water.when soft keep it aside for cooling.grind it and make smooth paste.
heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste fry for1minute.add onion paste and fry it another 2niute or it leaves the oil.add all the dry masalas except garam masala.mix well.add seeds paste&ksoori methi.fry again for 1 minute.add paneer and 1cup water& cover it and cook for 5 minutes so all the masalas is coated on the paneer
when done add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves
