Cabbage Pratha.......




Ingredients
cabbage-grated 1cup
potato-1boiled&mashed
green chili-2
onion-small chopped
coriander leaves
garam masala-1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil for fry
multi grain flour-or wheat flour
Method
knead the flour . squeeze out the water from cabbage.Mix cabbage with all the ingredients. keep aside.


 Make ball of flour and roll on rolling pin.
Put the filling in the centre.

Gather the chapati and seal it.

Now again roll it 2cm thickness.
roast it on griddle by using little oil.When one side done fry other side.

crispy tasty pratha is ready to eat.

Eat it with curd or green chutney or butter. Choice is urs.!!!!!!!!!!

  6. hi santosh, this is a great vegetarian recipe, that i would like to try one day. must be tasty to dip in some chili sauce from the bottle sold at supermarkets.
