this recipe i saw in many blogs .It tempting me too much as in north we have different recipes and masalas. I try and it really comes out fantastic with good taste. Now only u can judge whether is up to mark .
Ingredients
baby potatoes-250gm or big cut inti pieces(BOILED)
Onion-1cut into small pieces
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
tamridpulp-2tsp
salt to taste
oil
For grinding
urd dal-4tsp
chana dal-2tsp
season seeds-1tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
red chili-2-3
Method
roast the dry masalas and grind coarsely.heat oil in a pan add zeera when crackled add onion &fry till light brown.Add turmeric , salt and potatoes fry for 1-2 minutes.Add dry masala and tamrid pulp mix well.cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes so that masala diluted in potatoes.
It is ready to eat
eat as side dish with rice!!!!!
Variation:i here use tamrid pulp which enhance the taste try it.
