DHOKLA STUFFED CAPSICUM

capsicum-6-back part of vegetable

mustered seeds-1tsp
green chili-6-7cut into length wise

Here we take the back or front side of capsicum.clear all the seeds inside.it will look like a katori.
Now fill it with dhokla paste not full leave some space. steam it cooker for 10 minutes or till the dhokla fully
set.

Take oil in a pan add mustered seeda and curry patta.when it is crackled add green chili and little water it wil tender green chili. now put the capsicum dhokla in it and fry on low flame for 5 minutes.
Now adjust the capsicum on platter and top with tempering.
Here i used carrot spinach and raddish for the color of flag.
