Ingredients
kaju(cashew nuts)-1cup
sugar-1/2 cup
water-1/3cup
dry milk-2tbs
silver vark(optional)
Method
grind kaju to powder.it is smooth powder.
Heat water in a pan add sugar.when sugar dissolve and heat for another one minute for 1 thread consistency.add powder and dry milk and mix well. When all become together switch off gas and let it be cool.knead like dough and use butter paper when rolling .make thin round and cut into pieces as u like.
i do not use vark .
as this my 1st time i think next time i will make perfect kaju katli.
