As we all know the soya is the rich source of protein This recipe is easy to cool and also low fat Use as snack , appetizeror starter.
Ingredients:
soya nugget-1cup
onion-1finely chopped
tomato-2puree
garlic-1tsp finely chopped
green chili-4-5
coriander powder-1tsp
gram masala-1/2tsp
lemon juice-1tsp
red chili powder 1/2tsp
salt to taste
oil-2tsp
coriander leaves
Method:
Soak nugget in salted water for 1/2 hour or it totally become fluffy.
heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion.When onion transulate add tomato puree and green chillies.
fry for 3-4 minutes add all the masalas and fry another for 2-3 minutes.Now add soya nugget from which the water is squeezed.stire and mix well.Cover it for little time or it is done. it will not take much time it is not totally done what when we eat it looks crunchy.
Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves
Spicy nugget is ready to eat!!!!!!!!!!
