choclate coated peach in choclate cup

Ingredients
 dark chocolate-1 bar
 cream-2 tbsp
 delmonte canned peach-4



 Method
 melt the chocolate n microwave and pour in the paper cup coated it with chocolate so make cup. put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or till it is set. heat chocolate in a pan add 1tsp cream and melt it.mix it well .coat the peach in this batter.keep aside now



  unmould the chocolate cup pour the cream chocolate paste than coated peach .garnish with cream and top with chocolate.



 it is different and yummy for those who love chocolate

No Bake Creamy Pasta.......

this pasta is very easy to make


Ingredients
del monte penny pasta-2cups
cauliflower.10-15 pieces
carrot.1
garlic-1tsp
green chili-2
capsicum-1cut finely
black pepper-1 tsp
cheese
del monte virgin olive oil-2tsp



WHITE SAUCE
butter-2tsp
all purpose lour-1tsp
milk-1 1/2 cup



Method
boil pasta with cauliflower and carrot
instead of cauliflower broccoli is used
heat butter in a pan and roast the flour. add milk little by little and mix well so there is no lump..add pepper salt& half the cheese. mix well and keep aside
heat virgin  olive oil iin a pan and fry garlic chili paste.add capsicum and saute it.add the pasta with veggies..add salt &pepper.now add the white sauce and mix well use another half of the cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes
Garnish with basil
.Pasta is ready to eat........And it is so tasty finished at once.

Del Monte Mango drink cake.....A Twist

Ingredients:

rawa(wheat)-1cup roasted
rice flour- 2tbsp

del-monte mango fruit drink-1cup or more can be used
fresh mango plup-1/2 cup
sugar 1/2 cup or depend on the sweetness of mango
oil or ghee-1/2 cup
almond flaks-1/4 cup
Bakingpowder-1tsp
baking soda-1/4 spoon

Method
Mix all the ingredients except mango juice and keep aside for 10 minutes so that rawa will becomes smooth.
Add fresh mango plup in del monte mango juice.
Now mix mango pulp to it.Mix well .If batter is thick add more juice to make it cake consistency.Brush the baking dish with oil and pour the batter to it.spread the almond flaks on the top.bake in microwave for 6-7 minutes

So here yummy and ghatpat cake is ready to eat!!!!!!!!!

DelMonte Corn Potato Cake

Ingredients

potatoes-4 par- boiled
del mone corn krnels-1cup
onion-1
green chili-1

green peas-2tbsp(optional)boiled

coriander leaves

butter-1tbsp
cream 1tbsp
cheese-1tbsp

lemon juice-1tbsp

oil for fry

salt to taste

Method





heat butter in a pan and saute the onion. Add all the ingredients in grated potatoes and mix well






.



assemble all and make a square shape.now heat a non stick pan heat little oil and fry one side golden brown.when done fry other side.


this can be done in a oven roast both sides its taste is better than non stick.but here i make in non stick








When ready cut into pieces and serve with peanut chutneyor Del Monte tomato sauce!!!!!!!!

Grilled Corn Kabab




I make this kabab with Del Monte corn as i purchase one tin and try three dishes .the taste of corn is really different it is creamy &sweet.u must try it


Ingredients
del monte corn-2cupes
bread crumb-2 pieces of bread
boiled potaoes-2 mashed
ginger garlic paste-3/4 tsp
green chili-2
onion-1 chopped finely
coriander leaves
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil-2tbsp
Topping
lemon-1
chat masala 1tsp



Method
Grind the corn with green chili.Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.make long sticks of paste.Now put all the sticks on a wire roast it on slow fire. Use oil on sticks inbetween  2-3 times.roast every side till done.
Here i used gas tandoor  and the result is super. i think in OTG it is easy to make

.
the hot kabab is ready to eat

Delmonte Corn Dhokla

    

I saw it in some blog and bookmarked it .now i have corn in my fridge so think of trying it.it is delicious and for change it ca be tried in ur  kitchen.I used del monte can corn and tasta is too good.

Ingredients
corn kernels-1cup
besin-1cup
curd-1cup
green chili-2
coriander leaves.
ginger-2tsp grated
turmeric poder1/2 tsp
eno-1sache
oil-2tsp
lemon juice-2tsp
salt to taste

TEMPERING
Green chilies-6-7 cut lentgh wise
mu stared seeds-1/2tsp
salt pinch of
oil
Method
Grind corn coarsely.Add all the ingredients in a bowl &mix well. grease a thali and pour the batter . i make it in microwave. i put this batter in idli maker , add water and put this microwave thali in it and microwave for 4-5 minutes. test with stick
.Now heat oi in a pan add mustered seeds and currypata. when splutter add green chilies. fry it & add little water and pinch of salt.Boil it for 1 minute and pour this on the dhokla,it is ready.

Eat with green chutney or  del monte  sauce!!!!!

STUFFED TINDA(indian round gourd)AWARD TIME

Tinda is north India dish known as Indian round gourd. It is found in north India specially Punjab and Delhi.Now we can see it  in south in big stores Its taste is like ridge gourd.  Stuffed tinda is verygood in taste .If u never eat then  try it .
TINDA
Ingredients:
tinda-250gm
onion-2 grated
tomatoes-2puree
ginger-garlic paste 1tbsp
termuric powder-1/2 tsp
red chili powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil-3tbsp
green coriander for garnishing
Method:
Peel the tinda.Cut into 4 pieces but remain full.Mix all the  masalas.
Fill the masalas in between the  tindas.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion.

When onion transparent add ginger-garlic paste and stuffed tindas in it. Fry for 5  minutes .


Add tomatoes puree.Fry till oil leave the sides of pan.

Add little water and cover it for 10 minute and cook on slow fire. Stire in between.When it is done switchoff the stove.
Garnish with  green coriander
Eat with roti or pratha
