Ingredients
mixed veggies(carrot cauliflower beans potatoes)-1cup
tomato-1 small
onion-1 small
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
zerra ,cloves.aniseed-1/4 ts
salt to taste
maida-1/2 tsp
milk -1cup
butter-1tsp
To grind
tomato-1
Ingredients
mixed veggies(carrot cauliflower beans potatoes)-1cup
tomato-1 small
onion-1 small
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
zerra ,cloves.aniseed-1/4 ts
salt to taste
maida-1/2 tsp
milk -1cup
butter-1tsp
Method
Here i make some changes i do not add peas but cauliflower and Potato.i make thin white sauce with milk and maidato.I make thick gravy the result is fabulous.
Cut veggies and boil with little water and salt.keep aside. cut onion and tomato in 4pieces. heat oil and fry onion. when transplant add tomato fry till skin of tomato comes out. cool it. grind it.
Now heat oil and add zeera cloves and Annie seeds when splutter add grind onion .when it become brown add ginger garlic paste.after fry sometime add all the dry masalas.Add fry onion&tomato paste fry it .Now add all the boiled veggies and mix well.Add white sauce and mix again.cover it for 5-6 minutes. add gram masala and switch off gas garnish with coriander leaves
Yummy veggie is ready to eat.
