A year has gone by and have left us with beautiful memories. New year is welcoming us with more happpiness in store for all of us, and of course more and more recipes. This new year I start with traditional and typical sweet of India.BANGALI RASGULLA.Itried it 1st time it goes well
Ingredienta
milk-4cups
vinegar-3tsp
sugar 1cups
water-3-1/2 cup
cardamon-3-4
oil milk in a pan add vintage to it . Milk will crud led when water is separated switch off the stove sieve in thin cloth and pure cold water on this paneer . Now tide the cloth and put weight on it so extra water comes out. Rub the paneer with palm gently and make smooth paste. make small balls and keep aside.
Now boil water in a pressure cooker .add sugar and cardamon when boil add the paneer balls and put the lid of pressure cooker.when one whistle came slow the fire and keep it for 5 miuntes.now switch off the gas and let the steamed out fully. open the lid . take rasgulls and again put the sugar water on fire when it becomes thick add rasgulls and chill it in fridge.
