Japani Samosa


it is called japani samosa bec it like japanis is very Small in size its size and shape is totally different .It is a appetizer or starter.
Ingredients
all purpose flour-2cups
oil or ghee-3tbsp
thyme-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
FOR FILLING
potatoes-4oiled and mashed
zeera-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1/4 tsp
 garam masala-1/4 tsp
dry mango powder-1/4 tsp
cornflour-2tbsp
green chili-2
coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil for fry


Method
Take maida in a bowl. add thyme ,salt ,oiland rub with ur hand and mix well. now add water little by little and knead a  hard dough  .it is like smosa dough. keep aside for 30 minutes cover with wet cloth.
Heat oil in a pan and add zeera ,when crackled add all other ingrediends and fry for 3-4 minutes . be sure that all the things are mixed with potatoes .  add cornflour in potatoes mixture.cool it
Make balls and roll very thin roti on rolling board.now put alloo mixture in the middle of roti and roll it and make a roll.u can make as big roll as u like . here i make i make small roll bec i used in starter.
Now cut the roll in small pieces.it is ready to fry.

Heat oil in a pan fry samosas on law fire .
Eat with green chutney or sauce
