Ingredients
r
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
green chili 2
coriander leaves
aw rice-icup
boiled rice-1cup
urd dal-1cupoats-1cup
puffed rice-1/2 cup
cheese-1cube
green chutney-2tbls
tomato chutney-2tbls
For Stuffing
carrot,peas,potato,beans tomato-2cups
zeera=1/4 tsp
oil
wash rice and dal and soak it for 4-5 hours.soak oat and puffed rice for 15 minutes.now grind all the
heat oil in a pan add zeera.when crackled add dry masalas green chili and tomato.fry for some time then add vegetables.add salt and mix well.cover it till done add coriander leaves.keep aside.
Now take non-stick griddle and make 2 dosas.
now take one dosa and apply green mint chutney on it. grate cheese on o it .hot this dosa for 30 seconds so cheese melt little.
now place another dosa on it .apply .tomato chutney on it.place a little stuffing at one side and roll like a mat.
cut into discs and serve hot........
