I have some sprouted left after using in breakfast. Next day i want to use it i think if i can make its stire
which is consumed as side dish with rice.or with roti.
ingredients
sprouted moong dal boiled-1cup
onion-1 chopped
ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
tomato 1 small finely chopped
green chili-1
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
chili powder-1/4 tsp coriander powder-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil
coriander leaves
Method
heat oil in a pan add onion and saute it. add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell go.add tomato and fry till oil leaves sides. Add all dry masalas fry and add the moong dal mix it well .cover it for five minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves......
