This is a very famous and likable dish for punjabis.
Ingredients:
Maize flour- 1 cup
Raddish - 1 grated
Green chillies - 1 chopped
Oil for frying
Thyme (Ajwain) -1/2 tsp (about thyme)
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add water and make soft dough. Make a ball and place it on a plastic sheet. Spread it with fingers by tapping it and replace it directly on the flat pan. Roast it with oil on a slow flame.
Enjoy this Punjabi pratha with curd or fresh white butter or fresh milk cream.
