Ingredients
long brinjal-250gm
garlic-7-8pieces
coriander leaves -1/2 cup
green chilies-2
zeera-1/4 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
red chili powder-according to taste
garam masala-1/4 tsp
dhaniya powder-1/4 tsp
tomato-1
onion-1
potato-1(optional)
oil2tbsp
Method
wash brinjal and cut into length wise.grind garlic,coriander leaves and green chilies.
Heat oil in a pan add zeera when splutter add onion saute it then add the grinding paste fry for sometimeso that raw smell of garlic disappear.add all the dry masalas except garam masala.mix well.now add tomato and fry till oil leaves sides.add brijal&potato and mix well. add little water and cover it .satire in between till it is done.add garam masala and garnish coriander leaves.
Eat with pratha or roti.......
