In winter peas are the king of veggies .as we used it many ways ,add with other vegetables,make stuffed pratha or puris but here i try to use peas chat in papad i make papad smosa so i think now try with this peas chat. it really comes out super crispy snack in winter. very easy tempting chat of peas chat
Ingredients
green fresh peas=2cups
green chili-1chopped
ginger-1tsp grated
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
zeera-1/4 tsp
amchoor powder 1/4 tsp
oil 2tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves
namkeen-any type for topping(optioal
Method
heat oil in a pan add zeera when splutter add dry masala ,ginger green chili and mix well. cover it adding little water.stire in between when it become soft dry all the water and switch off gas.add gram masala garnish with coriander leaves and any namkeen
It is very yummy and light snack and cook in no time.......

Papad Envelop
Ingredients
peas chat
papad
oil
Method
soak papad in a water for a5seconds.
leave it for 4-5 minutes .it become soft now fill the cooked peas in it u can add onion also.now fold it like envelop and seal its all sides.heat little oil in non-stick pan and shallow fry from both sides.
