This is the May month challenge given by Roha of hydradi cusine started by Divya we are enjoying it very much.this dessert i tasted in Hyderabad in Paradise. i like it.and think of making.but never tried. now when see this challenge i am Happy and thanks to Roha for sharing this recipe.Roha has wonderful space so visit her blog and enjoy different cuisine.I have some old stock of dry apricot so the color is not so good but taste is yummy
Ingredients
dry apricot-1/2 cup
sugar-4tbsp
small cardamon-1/4 tsp
For decoration
almond pistachio
malai or whipped cream
vark(optional
Method
Soak apricot overnight. deseed it.
Do not throw the seeds.crack it and soak in hot water for 5 minutes and peel the skin of it
.Heat water and also add the soaking water.boil apricot on slow fire.
When it is tender and mashy add sugar and lemon juice to it.boil for 2minutes. add elachi powder and apricot seeds.
the Qubani ka meetha is ready
decorate with malai and almond
