Ingredients:
raw papaya--250gm
sugar 1/2 cup0r 125 gm
kohya-50gm
METHOD:
Peel the papaya and clean its inner side.Grate it.Now cook it heavy bottom pan for 5-6 minutes with cover till 3/4 done.
Add sugar
when we add sugar it leaves water again evaporate the water
Now add kohya and dry fully
Grease the tray with ghee and pour papaya paste o it and spread equally.
When set spread silver verk on it and cut into diamond shape.
The quick burffi is ready to eat !!!!!111
