It is easy to make with very less ingredients. i like this burfi very much . its special aroma appeal me i think u will also enjoy its taste .so try .
Ingredients
basen-1cup
ghee or oil-3/4 cup
sugar-3/4 cup
rawa suji-1tbsp
water 1/4 cup
silver vark
Method
heat oil in a pan .add basen and suji and fry till the aroma is coming.or oil leaves the sides.keep aside.Take water in a pan and boil add sugar and make one thread syrup.add fried basen into the syrup and whisk constantly when all the basen is gathered immediately spread on the greased thali. when little cool cut into pieces as ur desire
