Ready to eat.eat with sauce or green chutney.........
half spilited moong dal-150gm
paneer 100gm
greenchili-1chopped
onion-1 chopped
coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil for fry
Method
soak dal for 4-5 hours.grind it in mixer with little water.add salt.keepaside
crumble paneer in a bowl.add greenchili ,onion ,coriander leaves and mix well.add salt to taste.
heat non stick griddle or pan.apply little oil.now take 0ne tbsp of moong batter and spread it like dosa. fry on both sides ,now spread mixture of paneer&and fold it like dosa. fry it till crisp.
