Uttpam with Twist

This dish is best of when something go wrong and we cannot use it as it is.I talked about when wheat flour becomes fermented. when we put kneading wheat flour in fridge and we see sometimes i is fermented and we cannot use it to make chapati. i remember that my sister make dosa or utpam by adding gram flour. yesterday i saw that flour is fermented and i make uttpam from this. this is very tasty and soft.

Ingredients;
fermented flour of two chapati
gram flour-4tbsp
onion-2small finely chopped
green chili-2 coriander leaves
methi leaves-2tbsp
baking soda-1/4tsp
oil-2tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk it with mixer using water.(if we take the atta of chapati and using water to make it batter like dosa it will come out by whisiking it) Make a smooth paste like dosa batter.Heat pan and use 2tsp oil and use the batter . flatten it like dosa and fry from both sides, using little oil , till it becomes brown.

Eat with green chutney or sauce
