Stuffed pratha ........leftover beans and potato veg

this is another recipe of leftover.  Whenever i cook beans ad potato stire i used it once and left veg i used to make pratha. as my whole family like pratha more than stire. try this it is really a yum pratha.
Ingredients
wheat flour-2cups
leftover of beans stire-1cup
onion-1finely chopped
green chili-1
coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil for fry
Method
knead the wheat flour ad keep aside.Mash the beans veg and add all the ingredients in it. mix well. make small balls of flour. roll the one chapati on rolling board.keep aside.roll another chapati and spread the veg mixture on this chapati.now cover it with already rolling chapati. roll it .heat griddle and roast the pratha using oil. when one side done roast other side using oil . this crispy pratha is ready to eat
