Stuffed Brinjal Rings......A fusion dish

this is the twist in cooked brinjal wich i think all my friends like it.it is easy and used as starter or side dish with rice.
















Ingredients





bhartha brinjal or round baigan-1





paneer-100gm






bioled potato-1






green chili-1







corianderleave





red chili powder-1/8 tsp





garam masalaa-1/8 tsp





all purpose flour-2tbsp





oil for frying





salt to taste





Topping






tomato chutney-2tbsp Recipe is given in my last post





hung curd raita-1tbsp





Method






wash the brinjal and dry with duster. cut the round rings 1 1/2" thick. now whole inside it and take out the inner part of ringit looks like ring.dust salt and red chili powder on rings


Mix paneer mashed potato and all other ingredients in a bowl.





fill the rings with this stuffing.dust flour on both sides.pat extra flour.








heat non stick pan add little oil when hot fry these rings on both sides. in between cover it so that rings become soft or done.








now place these rings in plate top with tomato chutney. after chutney put little hung curd raita on chutney.







it is ready to serve......

  5. If I am not wrong, I saw this recipe on cooking show with Pankaj (Masterchef winner). but I think her feeling is different that this. yours look really delicious. and baingan and aloo is perfect combination,

  10. hi santosh..now this recipe is different from those i have seen.. i like the taste of potato..i am sure iets delicious when combined with brinjal and some cheese- then you made it spicy..that's fantastic as a side dish. have a nice day
