Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil: 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Corn flour: 4tbsp
Chat masala tsp
onion: 2medium chopped
Green chillies: 2-3
Method:
Soak mutter for 4-5 hours. Pressure cook it with less water for 6-7 minutes or till tender. When hot, add green chilly; onion, coriander leaves, ginger and all dry masala except chat masala. Let it cool. Now spread cornflour on the plate, make mutter tikki and rollin cornflour so that whole tikki is covered. Add cooking oil in a non-stick and shallow fry tikki on slow fire till crisp. Serve hot with meethi chutney made of tamrind and jaggery, and green chuteny. Sprinkle chat masala and onion before serving.
