oil for fry

Method;
soak groundnut in water for 5 minutes. drain out the water. Mix all the dry ingrdients except chat masala in wet groundnut and mix well so that all the masalas coated to nuts.microwave it for 2minutes.heat oil in a pan and fried on slow fire so it becomes crispy. drain out in napkin and spread the chat masala on it .toss it .
If we increase the quantity of gramflour than it comes out as haldiram's fried groundnut.
