Mattar chat


As we know mattar is legumes and rich in protein.this chat is fast food but it is fat free only boiled and not much cooking it is just like a healthy salad.
ingredients
white dry mattar-250gm
onion -1 chopped
tomato -1 chopped
green chili-2
zeera-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
amchoor powder-1/2 tsp
gram masala-1/4 tsp
red chili powder -1/4 tsp optional
coriander leaves
oil 2tbsp
salt to taste

Method
soak mattar for 5-6 hours. boil it in presser cooker for 7-8 minutes and keep it as it is when pressure realese then open the lid of cooker.Heat oil in a pan add zeera when splutter add all the dry masalas. fry for 2-3 minutes then add the mattar and mix well. cover it for 5 minutes
.sprinkle onion green chili and tomato over it when it is served. garnish with coriander leaves.
