this recipe of laddoo is healthy fat free. people who are health conscious it is for them . i used all the healthy ingredients. I think and sure that everyone like it . it is easy quick and healthy.
groundnut-100gm roast and coarsely grinding
sesame seeds-50gm roasted(optional)
dessicated coconut for coated
roast oats in ghee till get little brown .heat jaggary in pan with 1tbls of water when melts add all the ingredients in it and mix well .when little hot make laddoo the size u liked.
Take desiccated coconut in a plate and roll laddoos in it so it is coated on laddoos .
Coat silververk on it if u like
In this recipe i used jaggary but in original recipe dates are used. so for variation we can make this laddoo used dates which is more healthy.
