This another week of blog hope Wednesday started by Radhika i enjoyed this event as by this we visit many blogs met with blogger friends and moreover learn many new things from others.Today i am paired with Gayathri .her blog is full of different cuisine. she organise many events. I like her baking dishes most though her every cuisine is fabulous I never tried cookies but after see the recipes on her blog i think i can cook it. though many bloggers know her very well but those who does not visit her blog do visit and learn many things.
Ingredients
plain flour--150gm
oats-50gm
granulated sugar-100gm
butter-75gm
boost-2tbsp
milk-1/4cup
baking powder-1tsp
Method
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl . add butter&milk and make dough.make small balls.with help of pork press the cookies. arrange on baking dish.bake Preheat oven 200c bake for 12-14 minutes, cool them and store in a air tight box.
Eat with cup of tea .............
