bottle gourd -1small piece
capsicum-2-3 tbsp finely chopped
bread-2-3 pieces cut into small square pieces
salt to taste
dry bread pieces in microwave for 1-2 minutes
Cut tomatoes carrot spring onion and bottle gourd.add 2 cups of water and boil in pressure cooker for 5 minutes cool it. mash with blender. sieve in a soup masher. now again put on fire.add salt capsicum.boil for 3-4 minutes.add black pepper. it is ready.
Serve hot soup with dry bread and cream on top......
Garnish with coriander leaves.eat with garlic bread......
if used bottle gourd in a tomato soup it enhance the taste .
