DURGA ASHTMI


Today is durga ashtmi in north india it is celebrated as disribute the halwa puri and chana to little girls age of up to 8-9 years gift is also given.
Durgashtami, or Durga Ashtami, is the eight day of the Navaratri and Durga Puja celebrations. Durgastami is also known as Mahashtami and is one of the important days of Durga Puja and afasting is undertaken by many people.

I also do the ashtmi at my house which i share with my blogger friends

PRASHAD OF ASHTMI

.WHEAT RAWA HALWA :
RAWA-1CUP
 DESI GHEE -1/3 CUP
WATER 4CUP
SUGAR I CUP
DRY FRUIT ANY
Fry rawa in a ghee .When fried add water and sugar and stire till it leaves the sides of pan .it is ready


SENDIND TO SHARMI'SCFK


ZEERA CHANA[black gram]
BLACL GRAM-200GM
ZEERA -1TSP
CORIANDER POWDER-1TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER-1/2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE

METHOD:
Boil chana in pressur cooker for 25 minutes.Heat oil in a pan add zeera when crackled add masalas.Mixwell.Add chana and cover it for five minutes with little water. when dried off the fire.

WHEAT FLOUR-200GM
OIL 2TBSP-
OIL FOR FRY
Add2tbsp oil in flour and knead little hard tha chapati. Make small balls and roll it on rolling pin. Fry in the oil'
eat with  any curry.

  11. I also made the same things on Navami, pooris, kaale chane & sooji halwa..I love the way u have cut the halwa to look like burfi!
