Fry vermicelli in a ghee.When it is golden brown add milk.when milk boil slow the fire cover it and cook till milk reduces t1/3.Add sugar and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes or till the vermicelli done.Chop the dry fruit finely and add to the kheer.Simmer for 2 minutes.Now it is ready
When it is cool keep in the refrigerator .
This can be eaten cold or hot as u like.
