Cornflour Raddish Pratha

This is a very famous and likable dish for punjabis.

Ingredients:

Maize flour- 1 cup

Raddish - 1 grated

Green chillies - 1 chopped

Oil for frying

Thyme (Ajwain) -1/2 tsp (about thyme)

Salt to taste

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add water and make soft dough. Make a ball and place it on a plastic sheet. Spread it with fingers by tapping it and replace it directly on the flat pan. Roast it with oil on a slow flame.

Enjoy this Punjabi pratha with curd or fresh white butter or fresh milk cream.
