Mix veg with brown lobhia witout onion&garlic







Ingredients


Brown Lobhia: 1/2 cup, soaked for two hours and boiled

Veg: Gobi, carrot, peas, beans chopped and steamed

Shimla Mirch [Capsicum]: 2

Tomato puree: 1/2cup

Ginger: 1 inch piece

Coriander powder: 2 teaspoon

Green chillies: 2 - 3

Garm masala: 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder: 1/2tsp
Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoon
Jeera [cumin] seeds: 1teaspoon
salt to taste
Paneer: 100gm, cut in small pieces
Green coriander for garnishing


Method
dPour oil in the pan, add jeera seeds. Once it becomes brown, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chillies to it. After 2 minutes, add tomato puree and grated ginger and stir till the oil is separated.
Add all vegetables, paneer, lobhia and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
When it is done, add garam masala.

Garnish with coriander and paneer.
Serve hot with chapatis or prathas.
In this recipe i use brown lobhia which very rih in protein
