Matar paneer.......


Winter is the season of veggies specialy peas carrot .though we get whole yearfrozen peas but fresh peas has its own taste.in this recipe i do not fry onion masala but boil it and puree it . so in this way it gets less time less oil and taste is yum...
INGREDIENTS
Peas-1/2 kg
onion -2
tomatoes 2big
ginger-garlic paste -1tsp
paneer 200gm
watermelon seeds
kasuri methi-1tsp
turmeric powder-/2 tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
 red chili powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1.4 tsp
coriander leaves
oil 2tbsp
METHOD
Soak watermelon seed in water for 1hour .Grind it in fine pste.cut tomatoes and onions in big pieces and boil it in pressure cooker for 5minutes cool it and grind to ine paste.

heat oil in a pan fry gingergarlic paste .Add all dry masalas and kasuri methi .Add onion paste and seeds paste and fry it till the smell of pste disapear. it will take oonly 5-6 minutes. Add peas and paneer and 3cup water. and if using pressure cooker cook for 2-3 wistle and let the steam release.then open the cooker and add garam masala .if want to use cream add in it garnish with coriander leaves.
eat with chapati nan or mssi roti.....
