Mint / Pudina Idli....Blog Hope Wednesday



this is March blog hope Wednesday started by Radhika.today i am paired with Sreevalli of Ammaji recipe.she has a wonderful blog of delicious dishes. her baking cakes and puddings are very innovative. u must visit her blog.i also want to bake something from her blog but i have idly batter and i saw tiffin recipe on her blog which tempting me so i try this recipe.it is flavoured with minit and tasty in eating.

Ingredients
Idly batter-2cups
minit leaves-1/2 cup finely chopped
onion-1/2 cup chopped
green chili-2
carrot-1 grated (optional)

Method
mix mint,onion and green chili in idly batter.grease idly tray and steam it for 4-5 minutes or till done.
eat with sambhar and coconut chutney.
