Garlic Bread






INGREDIENts


  • 1-  Italian bread or French bread-1
  • 2-unsalted butter-1.2 cup
  • 3-fgarlic-2 large cloves smashed and minced
  • 4-freshly chopped parsleyor coriander-1tbsp
  • 5- grated Parmesan cheese (optional)-1/4 cup


METHOD



Preheat oven to 350°F.
 Make the butter, garlic, parsley mixture 
 Make 1-inch thick slices into the bread, but do not go all the way through, just to the bottom crust.
 Put a teaspoon or two of the butter mixture between each slice. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and heat for 15 minutes in the oven.
Eat garlic bread with tomato soup..........

  15. Looking good. We had garlic bread from an authentic Italian place and hated it. I think we've got used to Domino's. Must be the extra cheese.
