Bottle gourd (LAUKI) Kofta



Ingredients:
lauki-250 gm
rawa--4tbsp
red chili powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1tsp
garam masala -1tsp
green chili-2
ginger-garlic paste-1tsp
onion-2 grated
tomatoes-2 pureed
potato-1boiled and mashed
salt to taste
oil
coriander leaves-for garnishing

Method:
peel and grate lauki.squeezed out the water little.add green chili,1/2tsp garam masala green coriander, 1/4 coriander powder,rawa and salt.mix well and make balls according to ur choice.heat oil in a pan fry them on low fire so that they fried properly.when u put kofta in oil at that time oil should be more hot after that slow the fire.

For Garvey:
heat oil in a pan add grated onion. when transulat add ginger garlic paste fry till become brown.add tomato puree fry till oil leaves the sides.now add mashed potato to it.fry for 1 minute.3 cup water and let it to simmer. stire in between cover it when oil comes out on curry it means curry is ready.
if the kofta are very soft then when served put kofta in the dish and pour the hot curry on them . garnish coriander leaves.kofta will be ready till u serve the meal.
Eat with chapati,nan or rice!!!!!!!!



TIP
I here use the suji (RAWA) instead of besan u try it by using rawa kofta will never be hard.

I followed you immediately as soon as I found you...I lived 5 years in India, New Delhi precisely and both my daughter and I miss it so much, we love Indian food. We're in Rome for the summer and stocking up on spices because in Trapani, Sicily where we live there aren't any Indian spices.
