I saw it in some blog and bookmarked it .now i have corn in my fridge so think of trying it.it is delicious and for change it ca be tried in ur kitchen.I used del monte can corn and tasta is too good.
Ingredients
corn kernels-1cup
besin-1cup
curd-1cup
green chili-2
coriander leaves.
ginger-2tsp grated
turmeric poder1/2 tsp
eno-1sache
oil-2tsp
lemon juice-2tsp
Method
Grind corn coarsely.Add all the ingredients in a bowl &mix well. grease a thali and pour the batter . i make it in microwave. i put this batter in idli maker , add water and put this microwave thali in it and microwave for 4-5 minutes. test with stick
