As we know the papaya is very good for health In jaundice Dr advice it to eat in any form. subji of green papaya has nutritious value.
Ingredients
papaya-1/2 kg
onion 3 cut into lenth wise
tomatoes 2
coriander powder=1tsp
red chili powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala--1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil2tbsp
Method
cut papaya into square pieces and boil in pressure cooker for one whistle
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till transulate add tomatoes and fry til oil comes out add ll the masalas and fry.Add boiled papaya and cover it. satire in between. when done add garam masala.
Garnish with green dhania
Eat with chapati or pratha
