Dahi Vada with a twist...no gridning..no frying

Ingredients:
Sandwich Bread pieces:4
Cummin powder:1tbsp (Roasted and ground)
Red chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Black salt:1/4tsp
Dry fruits for filling: Raisins small pieces, grated coconut
Coriander leaves
Saunth: Sweet chutney made of jagerry and tararind.
Salt to taste

Method:
Wet pieces of bread and squeeze extra water from the bread. Fill bread with dry fruits and make balls. Referigerate for two hours. Takeout from the fridge 15minutes before serving. Add black salt and normal salt in fine blended curd and pour on bread balls. Decorate with cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander leaves and sweet chutney.
Easy to cook... and Good to eat...

  4. I made this as a snack yesterday .. It was tasty and very filling. Thanks for providing a delicious alternative to fried dahi bhalla :) Can you give suggestions to what I can use for the filling, other than raisins?
