red chily powder-1tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Roast brinjal on fire.When it is fried every side keep under the running water. Peel the skin of it and mash.
Heat oil in the pan add onion then after 5minutes add the paste of garlic.When onion fried add red chily,salt and coriander powder.Now add tomato puree and fry till the oil comes outAdd mashed brinjal into it and cover it for ten minutes ITis ready
Eat with chapati or pratha.
